" விடுமுறை பட்டியலில் பொங்கல் சேர்ப்பு"

               மத்திய அரசின் கட்டாய விடுமுறை பட்டியலில் பொங்கல் பண்டிகை மீண்டும் சேர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக மத்திய அரசு அறிவித்துள்ளது.

             மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர்களுக்காக கட்டாய விடுமுறை பட்டியலிலிருந்து பொங்கல் நீக்கப்பட்டதாக,கடந்தாண்டு ஜூன் மாதம் மத்திய அரசு வெளியிட்டிருந்த அறிவிப்பு நேற்று வெளிச்சத்திற்கு வந்தது.ஏற்கனவே ஜல்லிக்கட்டுக்கு தடை விதிக்கப்பட்ட நிலையில்,பொங்கல் பண்டிகையும் கட்டாய விடுமுறை பட்டியலிலிருந்து நீக்கப்பட்டதை அறிந்து தமிழகம் முழுவதும் எதிர்ப்பலைகள் எழுந்தன.

            மத்திய அரசின் முடிவுக்கு தமிழகத்தில் எழுந்த கடும் எதிர்ப்பையடுத்து,மத்திய அரசின் கட்டாய விடுமுறைப் பட்டியலில் பொங்கல் சேர்க்கப்படும் எனவும் தசரா பண்டிகை விடுமுறைக்கு பதிலாக பொங்கல் கட்டாய விடுமுறை பட்டியலில் சேர்க்கப்படுவதாகவும் மத்திய அரசு அறிவித்துள்ளது.

ஞாயிறு விடுமுறையும் நம்மிடம் பறிபோகும் நாள்வெகு தொலைவில் இல்லை.

ஒரு மனிதனுக்கு 8 மணிநேர பணி, ஒய்வு, உறக்கம்.  ஊழியர்கள் ஆறு நாட்கள் வேலை பார்த்தல் ஒருநாள் விடுமுறை என்பது தொழிலாளர் சட்டங்கள் வழங்கிய வாய்ப்பு. ஆனால் இன்று விடுமுறை இல்லாமல் வேலை பார்க்க உத்தரவு. 
           மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர்களுக்கான அறிவிக்கபட்ட விடுமுறை தினமான குருநானக் பிறந்த தினத்தில் நமது CPMG அவர்கள் அதிரடியாக வேலை பார்க்க உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளார்.  
              ஏற்கனவே ஊழியர்கள் ஞாயிறு வேலை பார்த்து விட்டு களைப்பில் உள்ளனர். தொழிலாளர் நலன்களை மறந்து நமது இலாகா முதல்வர் செயல்படுவது கண்டனத்துக்குரியது. நமது முறையான கண்டனத்தை தமிழ்மாநில CPMG அவர்களிடம் பதிவு செய்து இருக்கிறோம். 
              ஒரு மனிதனுக்கு 8 மணிநேர பணி,ஒய்வு, உறக்கம் என்ற நிலை CBS ஆரம்பித்த அன்றே நமது இலாகாவில் ஒய்வு முடிவுக்கு வந்தது.
ஆனால் இன்று அதையும் மீறி இன்று விடுமுறை தினம் கூட வேலை பார்க்க நிர்பந்திக்கும் நிலை. 
நாம் என்ன மனிதர்களா ? 365 x 24 மணிநேரம் உழைக்க
நாம் என்ன இயந்திரங்களா ?
              இதை உடனடியாக அகில இந்திய செயலாளரும் சம்மேளன தலைவரும் தடுத்து நிறுத்திட முன் வரவேண்டும். 
ஞாயிறு விடுமுறையும் நம்மிடம் பறிபோகும் முன் உடனடியாக விழித்து கொள்ள வேண்டும். 
தொழிலாளர் நல சட்டங்கள் வழங்கிய வாய்ப்பு ஒவ்வொன்றாக பறிபோகும் நிலையில் நாம் இனிமேலாவது விழித்து போராட முன் வர வேண்டும் 
 இழந்தது போதும் !  இனி இழப்பதற்கு எதுவுமில்லை.

Bonus latest information.

1) According to our information enhanced bonus of 7000 to Gramin Dak Sevaks for the financial year 2014-15 file has been sent to Ministry of Finance for approval with all relevant records.

2) Bonus for 2015-16 Departmental employees & GDS has been sent to Government for formal approval announcement will be expected shortly.

HOUSE RENT ALLOWANCE MORE THAN DOUBLE

7th Pay Commission: Committee on Allowances to Increase HRA by 120%;

New Delhi: This festive season is likely to bring double happiness for the Central Government employees.

As per media reports, the Committee on allowances set up by 7th Pay Commission will propose hike in House Rent Allowance (HRA) by 120 percent, which is more than double of what has been recommended earlier.

The proposed HRA hike will likely be implemented in October month's salary including all allowances, media reports further said.

The matters relating to pay and pension as decided by the government have been implemented with effect from January one this year.

In view of the strong protest staged by the representatives of Employee Associations and other stakeholders, government decided that recommendations on allowances, other than Dearness Allowance, will be examined by a Committee comprising Finance Secretary as Chairman and Secretaries of Home Affairs, Defence, Health and Family Welfare, Personnel & Training, Posts and Chairman, Railway Board as Members before taking a final decision.

On July 22, the Committee on Allowances was set up to decide on revision of allowance as Justice A K Mathur panel had earlier recommended abolition of 51 allowances and subsuming 37 others.

This Committee was constituted on July 22, and was to submit its report within four months. The first meeting of the Committee was held on August 4.

The recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission cover 48 lakh Central government employees and 52 lakh pensioners.
